Ordering
1. How to Order:
ONLINE You can buy Zarvis products at www.zarvislondon.com. We ship to most parts of the world but if your country is not on the list please send us an email at myzarvis@zarvislondon.com and we will quote a delivery charge for your order.
BY POST Please download the order form, and send the completed form in an envelope to Zarvis London Ltd. (Orders) 4 Portobello Green, 281 Portobello Road, London W10 5TZ. If paying by cheque please make the cheque payable to Zarvis London Ltd. and write your cheque guarantee number and expiry date on the back. Please note that when you pay by cheque the order will be sent to you once the cheque has cleared, which can take up to 5 working days.
BY FAX Please download the order form and fax the completed form to 0207 785 6881 or US fax number 910-795-4704.
2. How much do you charge for shipping?
See our delivery charges for the cost of shipping your order.
3. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to over 30 countries worldwide.
4. Do you charge VAT & Duties?
We will add 17.5% tax to the value of orders delivered to the EC. Guernsey, Jersey, The Channel Islands and outside the EC are excused of the VAT. Customs duty, tax and applicable fees may be assessed on your purchases. The recipient will have to pay these charges separately when the package is delivered. For more information contact your nearest Customs Office.
5. How are orders shipped?
We use Royal Mail & UPS for shipping orders. Standard delivery is by First Class post for UK orders. A signature may be required on delivery. International airmail delivery services take between 3 - 10 working days. You can also choose UPS which takes 2-7 days depending upon delivery destination. Please click here for shipping rates.
6. Can I cancel an order?
We dispatch most orders within 48 hours of you placing your order, depending on which day you place your order. If you would like to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible and we will notify you whether or not this will be possible; your order may already have been shipped.
7. I'm having problems logging in to my account, I keep getting sent back to the log in page on the website.
Clear the cache on your computer by going to your computer's control panel, selecting internet options and selecting to delete browsing history. Your computer may then give you the options of the browsing history you would like to delete, choose to delete internet temporary files and cookies. Restart your computer. Please also ensure that cookies are enabled on your internet browser
8. Are my credit card and personal details safe?
Your credit card details are processed by PayPal, a specialist card processing company, regulated by the FSA, using state of the art security systems. We never get to see your credit card details and they are not stored anywhere on our own system so you couldn't be better protected.
Your personal details, like your address and email are kept safely on our system for our own records so we can process your orders and keep you up to date with offers and news. We never pass your details on to any third parties except when we need to fulfil your order.

3. Are your products tested on animals?
Since inception in 1976, we have been committed to a no animal testing policy. We never carry out animal testing not commission third parties to test our products or ingredients.
4. Which chemicals do you avoid in your natural beauty products?
All of them! We never add synthetic ingredients, artificial fragrances, alcohol or preservatives to any of our pure products. All of our products are free from: Parabens, Mineral oil and petroleum derived ingredients, Paraffin, Chemical sunscreens, Glycols, Synthetic Polymers, Phthalates (DBP / DMP / DEP), SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate) Contaminated Lanolin, Contaminated Talc, Triclosan, Zirconium, GM ingredients.
5. Do you use preservatives in your products?
No. We have taken the pure route in the production of our products which means they are sometimes sensitive to heat and light, for instance our Rose Water Toner is so pure it keeps best if stored in the refrigerator.
6. Is Zarvis packaging recyclable?
All glass, paper, and card packaging is recyclable. We use only recyclable containers, cartons and filling material. If you have any questions on our packaging please contact us by email on customerservice@zarvislondon.com.
7. How long will the products last once opened?
Once opened, Zarvis London body care products have a shelf life of 6-12 months. You will find the best-after-opening symbol (look for a small symbol representing an opened jar) is printed on the outer packaging of all Zarvis Lodnon products.
8. Do you sell products wholesale?
