SHIPPING AND RETURNS

You will only be charged once per order for delivery and gift wrapping (if applicable). For example, if we are unable to deliver all the products within your order at the same time, you will only be charged one time for delivery.

Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain countries.

International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based on each country's specific regulations. Zarvis London is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes. Should the recipient refuse to pay these charges, the purchaser will be liable to pay the returns costs. If the returns cost exceeds the products value and the option of abandoning/destroying the goods is chosen, no refund will be given for the order.

Please note that we are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

SHIPPING CHARGES

UK orders £10 flat rate.

We aim to deliver standard UK orders within 2 to 5 working days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday inclusive, excluding any public holidays.

Orders to Europe £16 flat rate.

International Orders £35 flat rate.

International deliveries are made within 2-3 weeks depending on the delivery destinaton, customs, duties of country recieving order. 

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We hope that you will be pleased with your order. It is Zarvis London's intention to satisfy our customers. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us in writing or by email, within ten days of receipt of your order at vivian@zarvislondon.com. For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened product and Postage & Packing will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you want to return your order, please contact us first at vivian@zarvislondon.com. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition. If you need to return your order, it should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received it, we recommend that you use recorded delivery service. Please enclose your name, address, receipt and reason for return with your returned products and send it to:
